Live in 90 days, or you stop paying.
Most agencies ask you to trust them for a quarter before you see anything real. We would rather put that on ourselves. Everything in your build plan is live within 90 days, or we stop invoicing until it is.
The 90-Day Commitment
Everything in your build plan is live within 90 days. If it is not, you do not pay us again until it is.
Why we offer it
Marketing has a trust problem, and it is deserved. Owners have been sold retainers that produced a monthly PDF and very little else, with the real work always a month away.
A commitment only means something if it costs us when we break it. This one does. If we have not delivered the plan in 90 days, we carry the cost of finishing it, which makes over-promising at the sales stage expensive for us rather than for you.
It also keeps the scope honest. We can only promise a plan we genuinely believe we can build in a quarter, so you get a realistic plan instead of a wish list.
We do what we said, by when we said, or the invoices stop until we have.
What a build plan usually contains
Questions about the commitment
What exactly are you guaranteeing?
Delivery, not luck. Before any work starts you get a written build plan listing every deliverable: the pages, the campaigns, the tracking, the profile and review work. Every item on that list is live within 90 days of kickoff, or we stop invoicing you until it is.
We deliberately do not guarantee a ranking or a revenue figure. Nobody honestly can, and an agency that does is either guessing or about to disappoint you. What we can control is whether the work gets done properly and on time, so that is what we put our money behind.
What happens if you miss the 90 days?
Billing pauses. We keep working at our own cost until every item in the plan is live, and only then does invoicing start again. You are never paying for a build that has not landed.
Are there conditions?
Two fair ones. The clock pauses if we are waiting on something only you can provide, such as account access, product information, sign-off or content we have asked for. And the plan is fixed at kickoff, so new work you add along the way gets its own timeline rather than eating into the original one.
Both are written into the agreement in plain English before you sign anything.
Why 90 days?
Because it is honest. Tracking, visibility work, pages and campaigns can genuinely be built and running inside a quarter. Ranking and compounding take longer and we say so. Ninety days is the point where you should be able to see the machine working, not the point where you should expect the peak.
Do I get locked in afterwards?
No. After the build it is month to month for as long as it is working. No minimum term, no exit fee, no notice period hidden in the fine print.
Hold us to it.
Book the audit, get the plan, and see the commitment written into it before you decide anything.
