What’s included

Search campaigns, run tight
Disciplined negatives, tight ad groups and landing pages matched to the query. Most wasted spend is a keyword you never meant to buy.
Shopping & feed management
The feed is the campaign. Titles, attributes, GTINs, custom labels and margin-aware bidding, because Shopping performance is won in the product data.
Performance Max, controlled
PMax works when it’s fed properly and fenced with exclusions and asset-group discipline. Left on defaults it quietly spends your budget on brand traffic you already owned.
Remarketing that isn’t creepy
Sequenced by intent and capped by frequency. Following someone around the internet for 90 days doesn’t make them buy; it makes them resent you.
Conversion tracking done properly
Server-side where it helps, deduplicated, and reconciled to actual orders or signed jobs. Platform-reported numbers are a claim, not a fact.
Margin-aware bidding
We bid on contribution margin where the data allows, not on blanket ROAS. A 3x ROAS on a high-margin line beats 6x on one that barely clears cost.

Why most Google Ads accounts leak

Brand traffic inflates the numbers

Half the ‘performance’ in many accounts is people searching your name, traffic you already had. We separate brand from non-brand so you see the truth.

Nobody manages the feed

Shopping and PMax live or die on product data. Agencies that never open the feed are managing the symptom, not the campaign.

Spend is marked up

A percentage-of-spend fee means the agency earns more when you spend more, results optional. We charge a flat fee and your card sits in your own account.

The landing page is an afterthought

A perfect click into a slow, unconvincing page is money set on fire. The page is part of the campaign, so we treat it that way.

Frequently asked questions

Do you mark up our ad spend?

Never. Your card, your account, your data. What you pay Google is exactly what Google gets, our fee is separate and flat.

Who owns the ad account?

You do, always. If we ever part ways you keep the account, the history and the learnings. Agencies that run spend through their own account are building a hostage situation.

What budget do we need to start?

It depends on your category’s click costs, Australian service terms range from a few dollars to A$78 a click. We’ll model a realistic minimum on the audit call rather than quote a number blind.

How quickly will we see results?

Search and Shopping usually show signal within two to four weeks; a quarter is a fair window to judge the account properly once tracking is clean.

How much does Google Ads management cost in Australia?

Agencies typically charge either 10–20% of ad spend or a flat fee from around $800 to $3,000+ a month. We only quote flat fees, set after auditing your account, so you are never penalised for scaling your own budget.

What is the minimum ad spend worth managing?

In most Australian service and retail categories, meaningful data starts around $1,500–$2,000 a month in spend. Below that we will usually say so honestly and point you at the two or three changes worth making yourself first.

Do we keep ownership of the ad account?

Yes, unconditionally. The account, its conversion history and its audiences are yours. We work inside it via manager access, and if you ever leave, everything stays with you.

Google Ads or SEO first?

If you need revenue this quarter, ads first, they produce data in days. SEO compounds and usually overtakes on cost per lead within a year. Ads also tell you which keywords convert, which is intelligence SEO gets for free.

Choosing a Google Ads agency in Australia

Every Google Ads agency in Australia will show you a screenshot of a good month. Here is what actually separates the ones worth paying, learned from taking over a lot of accounts that were quietly bleeding.

Ask how they charge

Percentage-of-spend pricing means your agency gets a raise every time your budget goes up, whether or not results follow. We charge a flat monthly fee. Your card sits in your ad account, what you pay Google is what Google gets, and our invoice does not move when your spend does.

Ask what happens in week one

The right answer is conversion tracking, before creative, before keywords. Most underperforming accounts we inherit are not bad at ads, they are blind: optimising toward form-fills that never became customers, or purchases counted twice. Until the account can see profit, every other decision is a guess.

Ask who owns the account

You do. Always. Campaigns, audiences, conversion history, all of it lives in your Google Ads account, and it stays with you if we part ways. An agency that keeps your account hostage in their manager profile is telling you how the relationship ends.

Ask what they will not spend on

A good agency says no to budgets. Broad-match brand-building on a $3,000 monthly spend, bidding on vanity terms that never convert, Display remarketing chasing people who already bought. Knowing where not to spend is most of the job.

The test we invite: bring your current account. We will record a 20-minute teardown of where the money is going, before you sign anything. If it is already well run, we will tell you that too.
