Predictable enquiry flow. Measured properly.
Most service businesses don't need a bigger audience. They need a reliable number of the right people asking for a quote each week, and a way to tell which channel produced them.

Industries
How we report
Every month you get four numbers and a recommendation. Not a forty-page PDF nobody reads.
- Enquiries, how many, from where
- Cost per enquiry, by channel
- Cost per signed client, the one that matters
- What we are changing next month, and why
Some months the recommendation is to spend less. If a channel isn't paying for itself we'll say so, even though it costs us fee.
Questions
What counts as a lead?
A form submission, a phone call over 30 seconds, or a WhatsApp enquiry, from someone in your service area, asking about something you actually sell. Not a newsletter signup, not a bounce, not a wrong number.
We define it in writing before we start so there's no argument later.
Do you buy or sell lead lists?
No. Every enquiry comes from someone who searched for what you do and chose to contact you. Bought lists are cheap for a reason.
What if we can't handle more enquiries?
Then we shouldn't turn the tap on yet. We'd rather fix intake and pricing first, or target higher-value work, than flood you with jobs you can't service.
Which channel should we start with?
Almost always Google Ads for immediate flow, with SEO building underneath it. Ads tell you within weeks which messages and search terms actually convert, and that intelligence makes the SEO build far more accurate.
