Boopery began because guests at Noosa Country Cat Hotel kept asking where the tunnels, wands, dishes and mats came from. Amy built a store to answer them. We are taking it from a site Google could not see to a brand the hotel’s guests buy from.

Boopery sells cat essentials chosen by someone who looks after other people’s cats for a living. Noosa Country Cat Hotel is an award winning boarding hotel on the Sunshine Coast, and the store carries the products its guests asked about.
A store that was invisible to Google, a homepage that still carried the theme’s demo logos, shipping that contradicted itself, no tracking of any kind, and a loyal hotel audience that had never been asked to buy. Amy wanted someone to take the reins, say what stays, goes and changes, and then do it.
A cat store born beside an award winning cat hotel, taken over end to end: the rebuild, the range, the pricing, the email and the ads.
The outside audit started with the reason the store made no sales: every page told Google not to list it. The findings were sent as a plain letter with the fixes in order.
A new theme, a cat first homepage, collections by what a cat needs, Amy’s story on the About page and product pages written for the hotel’s guests, designed and built with her feedback.
Analytics, Search Console, Merchant Center, the Business Profile and the Meta pixel set up properly, and a shipping offer that says the same thing on every page.
Email in Klaviyo to the hotel’s guests, a code and a QR at check out, then Meta to the hotel’s followers and Google Shopping, with Amazon to follow once the store is proven.
The engagement started in September. The rebuild is under way and the launch to the hotel’s audience follows it. Figures go up here the same way as every other case study: from Amy’s own admin, with her permission, once there are figures to show.
We have not published Boopery’s figures. A number goes on this site only when we can show it from the client’s own admin, with their permission and the dates beside it. These two are published that way:
