Spike Denim: a denim brand built to sell in every size.

Premium denim sold direct to Australians. We built the brand presence and the store, then an Amazon Australia catalogue where every fit, wash and size can be found, bought and delivered.

The business and the brief.

Spike Denim sells heavyweight organic cotton jeans direct to Australians: men’s slim, straight and flare fits and a women’s wide leg, each in several washes, through the brand’s own store and on Amazon Australia.

Jeans are one of the hardest things to sell online. Every style multiplies by wash, waist and leg length, and a shopper who cannot find their size leaves. Spike needed a brand that looks the part, a store that sells, and a marketplace catalogue big enough to cover every size without turning into a mess.

What we run

The brand, the store and a full Amazon catalogue: every fit, wash and size in one family, delivered two ways.

What we did, in order.

01 · Brand and store

The brand presence and the store it sells through, built around what matters to a denim buyer: the fabric, the fit and a clear returns promise.

02 · A catalogue in families

Each fit set up as one Amazon listing family, with every wash and size as its own child and its own barcode, so a shopper sees every option on one page.

03 · One image standard

The same main image framing across every wash, on the pure white background Amazon requires, so the range reads as one brand in search results.

04 · Delivery two ways

Men’s sizes offered through both Amazon’s own network and merchant fulfilment, and the women’s range shipped into Amazon’s warehouses, so delivery speed never costs a sale.

Running a store like this one?Ten minutes on the phone, then the findings in writing. Free, and yours to keep.

Where it stands.

The range is live on the brand’s own store and on Amazon Australia, with Meta ads and a monthly report on top. New fits, washes and sizes now go in as routine work, not a project.

The numbers

We have not published Spike Denim’s figures. A number goes on this site only when we can show it from the client’s own admin, with their permission and the dates beside it. These two are published that way:
